Proceed as follows if you want to return your goods:
- Check the date! When did you receive your goods? What day is today? Are you still within the 14 day return period?
- Please write an email to email@example.com with your order number + "return" in the subject! You do not have to give a reason, but we would still appreciate feedback.
- After that you will receive your return label from us.
You have to pay for return shipping if you want to exchange your product for another size or the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office (will be deducted from any refund due). Unfortunately, we can not keep up with the giants of Amazon and Zalando, we hope you understand that ☺︎
Free return shipping if we've sent you the wrong item or size or your product arrived damaged.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, color or style, please place a new order.
- Pack the goods as safely as possible to prevent damage during transport.
Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed and neatly folded. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
If your purchase arrives dirty or damaged at our warehouse, unfortunately we can not refund you. Wildsoul Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note that it may take several days before the money shows in your account – the processing time for refunds depends solely on the bank’s policies and we have no control over the speed of receipt.
The customer takes full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
