Proceed as follows if you want to return your goods:
Check the date! When did you receive your goods? What day is today? Are you still within the 14 day return period?
Please write an email to email@example.com with your order number + "return" in the subject!

Pack the goods as safely as possible to prevent damage during transport. In order to avoid losing your package, we ask you to insure the package or to send it inclusive a tracking number. In case of dispute please obtain proof of delivery – Wildsoul Clothing does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Any returned items must be sent back to us at your own cost in their original condition! Also when exchanging the goods we have to charge €5,- for the shipping costs again. Unfortunately, we can not keep up with the giants of Amazon and Zalando, we hope you understand that ☺︎
If your purchase arrives dirty or damaged at our warehouse, unfortunately we can not refund you.

Please note that it may take several days before the money shows in your account – the processing time for refunds depends solely on the bank’s policies and we have no control over the speed of receipt.
The customer takes full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
